In this video we make a delicious Keto Pilaf, testing a gluten free rice alternative. I was so excited to see whether this recipe satisfies in terms of texture and taste as an alternative to rice, and I must say…it’s delicious.
Serves 2 – ½ cup per serve

Cal 432 | Net Carbs 3.2g | Fibre 1.3g | Total Carbs 4.5g | Fat 35g | Protein 21.3g
INGREDIENTS:
3 tsp/12g Butter
2 tbsp/10g Scallion/Green Onion, diced
2 tbsp/15g Red Bell Pepper, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
12g Almonds, sliced
1 cup/137g Hemp Hearts/Seeds
½ cup Chicken Broth
Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan
Serve with your protein of choice
